Wal-mart
So Edson now has one more claim to fame.
We have the Largest Squirrel.
We Have some other stuff that is great.
And now we have the Icing On the Cake!!!
We have the Wal-mart with the largest opening day sales for a store of its size in Canada. We blew the last first place store out of the water, not another store has come close.
How somewhat sad is that, now I will admit I was excited to see Wal-mart come to town but not so excited that I had to go opening day and get 5 carts worth of stuff. (yes that accually happened) People the store is going to be here for a while you don't have to buy everything the first day. What is wrong with the world?
Oh well, I'll get over it.

I think it happened because people in Edson do not have a life, aside from quading, snowmobiling and being workaholics among other addictions there is no life in this tiny town. It completely sucks, worst place in the whole wide world.
Yeah, Edson does suck, we are #1 Meth in the province, thats sad.
